Challenge rule: one Shiny per species unless the form itself is a deliberate collection target. Regional forms are separate, as are all 28 Unown, all three Tatsugiri, both Shellos and Gastrodon, all ordinary Flabébé/Floette/Florges colors, both Meowstic, all Lycanroc, both Toxtricity, authenticity forms for the tea lines, both Basculegion, both Maushold, all Squawkabilly, and both Dudunsparce. Shiny-locked identities are excluded.
